Bandhu Portal

Bandhu is a self-help digital platform created to support, inspire, and empower students to approach their challenges in a positive and proactive manner. The portal enhances awareness around a wide range of academic, personal, and emotional concerns, while offering practical tools, coping strategies, and guidance. 

Addressing challenges at an early stage can prevent them from escalating into more complex issues. Bandhu encourages timely reflection and action, helping students navigate difficulties effectively before a domino effect sets in. The platform also helps students recognize when it may be time to seek additional support, guiding them toward the appropriate support structures available at IIT Bombay.

YouTube Channel

Our YouTube channel was launched in 2021 during the COVID-19 pandemic, a time when online engagement and accessible mental health support became critically important. The channel serves as an easily accessible resource for students, featuring informative talks, discussions, and awareness content focused on mental well-being, self-care, and emotional resilience.
