What is Individual Counselling?
Individual counselling consists of confidential, one-on-one sessions with a trained SWC mental health professional about personal, emotional, academic, or relationship concerns. It’s a supportive process that helps you gain clarity, develop coping strategies, and work through challenges in a safe, non-judgmental setting.
Who is it for?
Available to all IITB registered students, individual counselling can help with stress, anxiety, low mood, academic pressure, relationship issues, adjustment difficulties, or other personal challenges. You don’t need to be in crisis to access it; many use it as a tool for self-reflection, growth, and emotional well-being.
