Through interactive workshops, performances, wellness activities, and community gatherings, participants explored different pathways to emotional well-being and discovered that mental health extends beyond moments of crisis to include everyday experiences of connection, joy, creativity, and care. The week brought together students, staff, faculty, and campus residents in a shared commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive campus culture.

Participants experienced:

  • Drama Therapy – Engaging in self-expression and emotional exploration through movement and storytelling
  • Drum Circle – Building connection and reducing stress through rhythm and collective participation
  • Mental Health Mela – Discovering diverse approaches to wellness through games, activities, and community engagement
