Soulcial - Beyond the Mirror

The Student Wellness Centre (SWC) invites you to our SOULCIAL session titled “Beyond the Mirror.”

This is an experiential workshop on body image, where we will explore how we see our bodies, the stories we carry about them, and how we can begin rewriting those narratives in healthier ways.

Through interactive activities and conversations, the session will create a safe space to reflect, share, and understand our relationship with our bodies.

No prior knowledge is needed — just openness and curiosity.
