Greetings from the Student Wellness Centre!
As part of Mental Strength Week (12–18 Jan 2026), we invite you to experience the Mind Gym Exhibition on 15 & 16 January.

🧠 What is Mind Gym?
An interactive experience centre where you can train your mind through:
* Guided mind-training activities
* Brain-booster challenges
* Neurofeedback-based games
Get a first-hand feel of how focus, calm, and mental clarity can be developed with practice, and observe what happens when the mind is stressed, distracted, or relaxed.

📍 Venue: SOM Foyer
🕛 Time: 12:00 noon – 9:00 PM
🎟 Free & open to all students, faculty, and staff
🔞 Age: 12 years and above
