Objectives
Under the Integrated Approach, the National Wellbeing Conclave has been conceptualized for both students and faculty members. The event creates an avenue for HEIs to collectively explore ways to build an ecosystem that prioritizes the mental health and wellbeing of all members of the academic community.
- Exchange ideas on mental health and wellbeing practices in campuses.
- Showcase innovative wellbeing initiatives from HEIs.
- Share best practices for supporting student and faculty wellbeing.
- Host an exhibition on wellbeing and mental health awareness.
- Engage participants in mindfulness and team-building activities.
Beyond discussions and showcases, the conclave emphasizes the importance of meaningful student–faculty relationships and a supportive institutional culture that nurtures both personal and professional growth.
The event also aims to lay the foundation for replicating similar initiatives across other regions of the country, expanding the network of HEIs committed to fostering wellbeing in higher education.
