What is Individual Counseling?
Individual counseling is a one-on-one, confidential space where students can talk to a trained mental health professional about personal, emotional, academic, or interpersonal concerns. It is a supportive process that helps individuals gain clarity, build coping strategies, and work through difficulties in a safe and non-judgmental environment.

Who is it for?
Individual counseling is open to all registered IITB students who may be experiencing stress, anxiety, low mood, academic pressure, relationship issues, difficulty adjusting, or any other personal challenge. You do not need to be in crisis to seek counseling many students use it as a space for self-reflection, personal growth, and maintaining emotional well-being.
